Write the Team Member Detail Here. Barnaby The Bear's my name, never call me Jack or James, I will sing my way to fame, Barnaby the Bear's my name. Birds taught me to sing, when they took me to their king, first I had to fly, in the sky so high so high, so high so high so high, so - if you want to sing this way, think of what you'd like to say, add a tune and you will see, just how easy it can be. Treacle pudding, fish and chips, fizzy drinks and liquorice, flowers, rivers, sand and sea, snowflakes and the stars are free. La la la la la, la la la la la la la, la la la la la la la, la la la la la la la la la la la la la, so - Barnaby The Bear's my name, never call me Jack or James, I will sing my way to fame, Barnaby the Bear's my name.
Susan Zipperer
Office Manager/Account Manager
Susan joined her father’s independent insurance agency in 2010, after working in commercial real estate for sixteen years. The downturn of the real estate market led her to obtain her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree at the University of Houston and Property and Casualty license. After graduating, Susan took on a larger role in the business as an Agent and Office Manager. She has personal and commercial lines knowledge, and continues to grow that knowledge through continuing education. Susan is currently enrolled in the Texas Independent Insurance Advisors (TIIA) program through the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT). Her future pursuits in education include the Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist (CLIS) and Charted Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. Susan believes the more education you obtain in your field, the better equipped you are to assist your clients with their insurance needs. She also believes client satisfaction and preserving client relations are very important, too. When Susan is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a native Texan from Houston, with a love for the outdoors and road trips. She also volunteers in the community, and collects schools supplies for her local school district.
