Susan Zipperer

Susan joined her father’s independent insurance agency in 2010, after working in commercial real estate for sixteen years. The downturn of the real estate market led her to obtain her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree at the University of Houston and Property and Casualty license. After graduating, Susan took on a larger role in the business as an Agent and Office Manager.  After the passing of her father in September 2020, Susan became the owner of the agency.  

Susan has personal and commercial lines knowledge and continues to grow that knowledge through continuing education.  She currently has the CRIS and TIIA designation with aspirations in obtaining the Charted Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.  Susan believes the more education you obtain in your field, the better equipped you are to assist your clients with their insurance needs.  She also believes client satisfaction and preserving client relations are very important, as well.

Outside of the office, Susan serves on the IIAH Board of Directors (2021 – Present) and Executive Committee (2022-Present) and is a member of the Aldine Optimist Club.  Susan continues Henry’s legacy of community service by providing school supplies and holiday meals for local school districts and non-profits. She is a native Texan from Spring, that enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, with a love for football, the outdoors, and road trips.
